Individual client engagements are governed by a separate written services agreement, which prevails over anything here.

1. Use of this website

The site exists to describe our services and let prospective clients reach us. You agree not to misuse it — including attempting to breach its security, submitting false or automated enquiries, scraping content at scale, or introducing malicious code. We may restrict access to anyone who does.

2. Content and accuracy

We keep the information on this site current and truthful, including project results and statistics, which are drawn from real client engagements measured at the time stated. They illustrate what has been achieved for specific clients in specific situations; they are not a promise of identical outcomes for your business. Submitting the contact form creates no obligation on either side. Proposals we issue remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and work begins only after both parties sign a services agreement and any agreed deposit is received.

Where this site links to external resources, we do so in good faith but accept no responsibility for their content, availability or practices. Visiting them is at your own discretion.

6. Limitation of liability
