This policy explains how DronePro Digital Sdn Bhd ("we", "us", "the studio") handles personal data collected through dronepro.help. We process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia. By using this website or submitting information to us, you consent to the practices described below.

1. What we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and run the website properly:

• Enquiry details — name, email address, and any phone number, company name or project information you choose to include when you contact us through the form, by email or by phone.
• Technical data — anonymised usage statistics such as pages visited, approximate region, device type and referral source, gathered through cookies described in our cookie policy.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18, and we never ask for payment card details through this website.

2. Why we collect it

• To reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a proposal.
• To maintain records of our correspondence if you become a client.
• To understand which pages of our site are useful, so we can improve them.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations that apply to a Malaysian company.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data to anyone, and we do not use your details for marketing lists unless you explicitly ask to receive updates from us.

3. Where your data lives and who sees it

Enquiry data is accessible only to the team members who need it to respond. It is stored on secured systems with access controls, and portions may be processed by reputable service providers (such as email hosting) under agreements that protect your data. Where a provider stores data outside Malaysia, we choose providers with safeguards consistent with the PDPA.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for seven years afterwards to satisfy statutory record-keeping requirements, then destroyed.

5. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent to further processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected] with the subject line "Data request". We respond within 21 days and may ask you to verify your identity first.

6. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site, restrict administrative access, and review our safeguards periodically. No internet transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable and proportionate measures to protect what you share with us.

7. Changes to this policy

If our practices change, this page will be updated and the revision date above amended. Material changes will be highlighted on this page for at least 30 days.
