A boutique resort paying heavy OTA commissions needed guests to book direct. We rebuilt the site around room storytelling and a three-step booking flow with instant rate comparison against the OTAs.

Result: direct reservations up 64% in five months; OTA share of bookings down from 81% to 57%.

Lune & Co

A womenswear label whose theme-based store leaked sales on mobile. We rebuilt the product page around sizing confidence and shipped a two-step express checkout with FPX and e-wallets.

Result: cart abandonment down from 78% to 61%; mobile conversion rate up 92% quarter on quarter.
